About Me

For the last 10 years I have worked in several areas of HR. I've worked with hiring managers and I've been one myself giving me a front row seat to conversations that happen "behind closed doors." I know what it takes to get ahead and to transition into new spaces. This allows me to coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. My passion began for coaching  when I was in the recruiting  space and saw candidates struggling with interviewing.

From there, I started prepping family and friends and that allowed me to ask questions and develop techniques that were so successful they began asking me for help with other career challenges.
